Parkway owns and operates a portfolio of five Class A office properties in Houston, Texas comprising 19 buildings and totaling 8.7 million rentable square feet, providing geographic focus and significant operational scale and efficiencies. In 2016 Parkway was rebranded following a merger/disposition of the company’s assets. Matt Merkel led the rebranding initiative and delivered marketing tools that helped to provide the company a competitive edge in the marketplace, increasing their reach, and thereby increasing their occupancy rate, a defining metric to measure marketing effectiveness.
